Creativity Calling : The New Hong Kong 

The French Chamber’s Entrepreneur and SME Committee along with the Luxury and Retail Committee joined forces for a unique and exclusive experience sharing session.

LINE-UP SPEAKERS

FCCIHK welcomed a high-level line-up speakers from across the spectrum of luxury, retail, design, and creative industries.

In the opening panel, we heard from Vanessa Herrera, Head of Client Development & Relations and Tom Cheng, Head of Elite Client, both at New World Development Company Limited, along with Maxime Pruvost, Founder & Managing Director at BEE Retail, and Boris Duhamel, CEO at Baseline. They discussed how the collaboration between large corporates and SME/Entrepreneurs can foster creativity and experimentation. This session was moderated by Anne De Roulhac, Head of French Desk at Fidinam.

It was followed by a fireside chat with Alan Chan, Founder at Alan Chan Design, and Elise Gonnet Pon, Managing Director of L’École, School of Jewelry Arts, Asia Pacific, led by Alain Li, Regional Chief Executive, Asia Pacific at Richemont. They shared their vision of the redefinition of the attractivity of Hong Kong, supported by the design and creatives industries, education, and new experiences based on Hong Kong rich mix of culture and sophisticated heritage.

CREATIVE INDUSTRIES COMMITEE 

We’re excited to launch our new #CreativeIndustries Committee! The Committee was officially launched on February 04th, 2020 during The new Hong Kong‘ event, an inspiraring talk on “Creativity Calling” with a high-level line-up speakers from across the spectrum of luxury, retail, design, and creative industries. 

“This committee is about discovering, sharing, helping, imagining, inspiring and fighting. To bring creative industries to the forefront, and to allow them to ignite a new force for #HongKong,” said the Committee’s inaugural President Winckler Krystyna.
